Erzsebet has been really helpful to me. She has a multitude of tools to suit such a huge range of needs. She has a knack for finding the right tool to be used for such specific situations that so quickly make changes to how it feels. Greetings Erzsebet
The following is my testimony for the art therapy workshop.
I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to attend the art therapy workshop. Due to past traumas, I find it difficult to attend activities outside my home. I went from initially being reluctant to attend to disappointed that the sessions had to end.
Through the workshop I was able to express and release various issues and traumas via a variety method of colour and art activities. Being able to be creative and expressive through art and colour therapy is very therapeutic coupled with Erzsebet's knowledge, skill, guidance and encouragement throughout has helped greatly in my healing journey.
I also enjoyed the company of the fellow attendees and was gifted with the realization that there are safe places outside my home.

I am so grateful to have been a participant in Erzsebet's ' colours of resilience ' program. It's been the highlight of my week for the past ten weeks and I really appreciated all the thought and effort she put into every session. Erzsebet' is very skilled at providing a safe space to be vulnerable and it felt like she created a little art family for us. Each art therapy session provided a path to healing and I gained much insight from every one of them. I definitely pushed my boundaries with some of the exercises and I am really glad that I did. I feel like a different person than the one who anxiously turned up on the first week. It's helped my confidence and I am really looking forward to being part of her next program. Thanks Erzsebet for such a wonderful experience.

After months of hesitancy towards speaking to a professional about my stress, I finally decided to book an appointment with Erzsebet - an experience that I am truly grateful for! Erzsebet has a familiar quality as if speaking with an old friend. Not only did she make me feel comfortable in her presence but also in her ability to see parts of myself that I had been blind to, using a variety of different practices and disciplines. At the end of a session I feel like a weight has been lifted off my back. Erzsebet has provided me with a new level of clarity, wisdom and excitement to walk my path and fulfil my individual purpose.
